These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by 2020 Solutions Hospitality Consulting LLC, doing business as HRL Consulting ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site, submitting a form, or communicating with us by phone, text, or email, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
2020 Solutions Hospitality Consulting LLC is an Arkansas limited liability company doing business as HRL Consulting, located at 6834 North Cantrell Road, Little Rock, AR 72207. We are a business consulting firm. We build and manage AI-assisted communication and scheduling systems for small businesses.
What we provide
We provide consulting and implementation services. The specific scope, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between us. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of any particular result.
No professional advice
Information on this site and in our communications is general in nature. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, real estate, insurance, or other licensed professional advice, and no professional relationship is created by using this site or contacting us. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read or are told here.
Demonstration environments
We operate demonstration environments so prospective clients can use a system the way their own customer would before committing to one. These environments may use sample businesses, sample staff names, sample listings, sample pricing, and other sample data created solely to show how the system behaves.
- Sample businesses used in a demonstration are not real operating companies, are not licensed in any regulated profession, and do not offer goods or services to the public.
- Sample people used in a demonstration are not real individuals and are not licensed professionals of any kind.
- Sample data shown in a demonstration is illustrative only. It does not reflect real inventory, real availability, real pricing, or real market conditions, and it must not be relied on.
- No sale, listing, booking, application, engagement, agency relationship, or professional relationship of any kind is created by anything that happens inside a demonstration.
- Demonstrations do not involve real customer information.
Automated assistants
Some responses to calls, texts, chats, and web messages are generated by an automated assistant rather than typed by a person. An automated assistant will confirm that it is not a person when asked. It is not a licensed professional in any field, and nothing it says is professional advice. You may ask for a person at any time and we will connect you with one. Automated systems can make mistakes, so please confirm anything important with us directly.
Text messages
If you consent to receive text messages from us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy and SMS Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site or our services to break the law, to send unsolicited commercial messages, to interfere with the operation of the site, to attempt unauthorized access to any system, or to misrepresent who you are.
Your information
When you submit a form or communicate with us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide the phone number and email address you enter. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy and SMS Policy.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics, and materials on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute them commercially without our written permission.
Third-party links and services
This site and our systems may link to or run on services operated by others. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
Disclaimer of warranties
This site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or any system will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any particular business outcome will result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of this site or our services or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
SMS program and messaging use cases
Our text messaging program is a low volume, invitation-only program used to run and follow up on demonstrations of our AI-assisted lead response and scheduling system. Messages we send fall into these categories: scheduling messages and reminders for a demonstration or meeting you requested; conversational replies inside a demonstration you agreed to participate in; follow-up about that demonstration and about our consulting services; and customer care replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing text messages to anyone who has not given prior express written consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on your mobile carrier network and on other factors outside our control. We cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered, or delivered on time.
Age restriction
This site, our services, and our text messaging program are intended for people who are 18 years of age or older. You must be at least 18 to submit a form, to give consent to receive text messages, or to otherwise use our services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
