This policy explains what 2020 Solutions Hospitality Consulting LLC, doing business as HRL Consulting ("we," "us," "our"), collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the phone, text, and email communications we send.

Text messaging

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the service providers who help us deliver the messages you asked for, and those providers may not use it for their own marketing.
Automated assistants
Some replies to calls, texts, and web messages are generated by an automated assistant rather than typed by a person. Automated assistants identify themselves as such when asked and are not a substitute for a licensed professional. You can ask for a person at any point and we will connect you with one. Conversations handled by an automated assistant are treated the same as any other inquiry under this policy.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our customer relationship platform, messaging and telephone providers, email delivery, and scheduling tools. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and communication records for as long as we have a working relationship with you and afterward only as long as we need them for legitimate business or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

- Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop receiving email
- Email or call us to ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site and our services are meant for adults doing business with us. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
